We warmly welcome all poster presenters to the 11th Asian Conference on Tumor Ablation (ACTA 2025), to be held in Taipei, Taiwan, from October 25–27 2025. To ensure a smooth and effective presentation, please follow the guidelines below.

• Poster Size: Standard format is A0 portrait (84 cm wide × 118 cm high). Posters exceeding this size cannot be accommodated.
• Poster Format: Feel free to adjust the layout, font size, or incorporate graphs / tables as per your requirements.
• Language: Posters must be prepared in English.
• Presenters are encouraged to include contact information (e.g., email or QR code) on their poster to facilitate networking.

• Posters will be displayed in the poster exhibition area throughout the conference.
• Each poster will be assigned a poster board number, which will be communicated before the conference. Authors should place their poster on the assigned board.
• Mounting and Removal Times:
  • Mounting: Before 10:30 of October 25
  • Removal: After 12:00 of October 27
  • Posters not removed by the designated time will be discarded.

• The presenting authors will be allocated into specific presentation sessions. The presenting authors are expected to be present at their poster board during their assigned session to engage with reviewers and attendees, answer questions, and discuss findings.
• There will be two dedicated poster presentation sessions:
  • October 25 (Day 1): 15:00-16:00
  • October 26 (Day 2): 15:00-16:00
  • Location: 10F, Auditorium Hallway, the Grand Hotel
• The organizing committee reserves the right to adjust presentation times if necessary; any changes will be communicated in advance.
• Authors’ participation will be considered in the Poster Award evaluation.

• All posters are eligible for consideration in the ACTA 2025 Poster Awards.
• Evaluation will be based on:
  • Scientific quality and originality of the abstract
  • Clarity and design of the poster
  • Quality of discussion and responses during presentation sessions
• Awardees will be announced during the Closing Ceremony (October 27 afternoon).
