- The actual charged amount in your home country currency may vary depending on the actual exchange rate on your transaction date. For overseas participants, the exact amount of the registration fee will be based on the exchange rate on the date of transaction.
- The USD is only for reference, you would be charged in NTD.

Confirmation Letters & Receipt
Confirmation Letter of Sign Up:
Once creating a new account on online registration system, the Secretariat will send you the Confirmation Letter of Sign Up by E-mail. Please note that the Confirmation Letter of Sign Up does not mean your registration is done. Please log in online system by log-in ID and password and fill in registration form.
Confirmation Letter of Payment:
The Secretariat will send you the Confirmation Letter of Payment by E-mail, bearing your registration number. Please bring the confirmation letter and present it at the Registration Desk during the Conference.
Receipt:
After finishing the registration and payment, you can download the receipt through the online registration system directly.
※Registration fee refund：
- Cancellation before September 25, 2025: 70% refund
- Cancellation after September 25, 2025: No refund
A written cancellation notice must be sent to the Secretariat prior to
September 25.
NO REFUND will be granted after this date or for no-show.
