Submission Guidelines
Abstracts must be submitted and presented in English only. Each abstract should be between 50 and 400 words (excluding title). Please ensure that your submission shows significant scientific work, a major update, or considerable follow-up on established procedures or research. Submitters can indicate their preferred presentation format including oral presentation or poster. The final decision on whether an abstract is accepted for oral presentation or as a poster lies with the ACTA 2025 Scientific Program Committee. All abstract submissions are required to contain the following information for consideration and review:
- Abstract Title
- Background
- Materials and Methods
- Results
- Conclusions
Submission
- Abstracts for oral or poster presentation must be submitted via the ACTA 2025 Online Submission System. Abstracts sent via fax or e-mail will NOT be accepted.
- Please log into the ACTA 2025 website before starting the abstract submission and registration process.
- Abstracts should be submitted only by the presenting author.
- Each abstract may include up to 10 co-authors.
- One table, graph, or image may be included in the abstract. A maximum file size is 5 MB.
- After submitting your abstract, you can update it as long as it is before the deadline.
Confirmation Letter of Submission
- A receipt of abstract submission will be automatically sent to the presenting author via e-mail once the submission is completed successfully.
- If a Confirmation Letter is not received after completing the submission process, please log in to the ACTA 2025 website to verify whether the abstract was submitted successfully.
- If presenting authors do not register by the late deadline (October 1, 2025), their abstract will be withdrawn.
- Submission of an abstract constitutes a commitment to present at ACTA 2025.
- All presenting authors must register to attend the Conference. If a presenting author is NOT able to attend, the author must notify the Conference Secretariat and provide the name of a co-author who will present the paper at the Conference. Only co-authors listed on the abstract at the time of submission are eligible to present.
